Terms of Service for PrivacyGuard

1. Acceptance
   By accessing privacyguard.dev or its API endpoints, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description
   PrivacyGuard provides an API and dashboard for detecting and anonymizing personal data in customer-supplied files and streams.

3. Beta Disclaimer
   The current version is in private alpha and provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Output accuracy and availability are not guaranteed.

4. Usage Limits
   Free-tier usage is capped at 1 GB processed per month. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend abusive traffic.

5. Prohibited Use
   You may not use the service to store or process illegal content, perform security research without permission, or violate privacy regulations.

6. Liability
   Coreledger Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to USD 100.

7. Modifications
   We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
