1. Information We Collect
   • E-mail address, full name, company, role, and optional survey fields you submit via our wait-list form.  
   • Aggregate site analytics (page views, referral sources).  
   • No raw customer data files are stored; uploads are processed in-memory or in encrypted temp storage and auto-deleted within 24 hours.

2. How We Use Your Information
   • To send early-access announcements, product updates, and onboarding materials.  
   • To improve the service through aggregated, anonymized usage metrics.  
   • We never sell or rent your personal data.

3. Data Retention
   • Wait-list data is retained until you unsubscribe or we launch publicly.  
   • Temp processing files are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

4. Security
   • All traffic is encrypted via TLS.  
   • Environment variables and secrets are stored using Vercel’s encrypted KV.  
   • Access is limited to the founders and designated engineers under NDA.
